The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
On May 28, 2020, the Defendant, at around 19:30 on May 28, 2020, abused the victim by threatening to stop the victim C (ma and 29 years of age) in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul.

1. Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;
2. Expression that the victim does not want the punishment of the defendant in this court after the prosecution of this case is instituted;
3. Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
