2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. The defendant and D's business partnership agreement concluded on October 2, 2008 is the Housing Reconstruction and Improvement Project Association established under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents for the implementation of the Housing Reconstruction and Improvement of Residents for the Nam-gu, Dong-gu, and Dong-gu.

On October 2, 2008, the Defendant entered into an agreement on the business partnership with D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) containing the following contents:

Article 1. The objective of this Convention is to promote the mutual benefits of the defendant and D in their business affairs.

Article 2. Details of cooperative relations under this Convention are as follows:

B. The Defendant and G Co., Ltd. entered into an F establishment agreement on October 29, 2010 1) Defendant on October 29, 2010 (hereinafter “G”)

The term “F Construction Convention” was concluded with G on the same day, which includes the following contents, and on the same day, G sent the official letter stating that “D’s entire rights and obligations with respect to the Convention on October 2, 2008 were succeeded to G.” This Convention is based on F Subcommittee Resolution (Report September 2009).
