A. The plaintiff I, J, the network K, the network L, and the network M (hereinafter "the identity of the case") were engaged in the fishery on board the vessel N, and the person engaged in the fishery.

2) On January 27, 1969, Plaintiff I, J, and deceased K were arrested and detained by the military police station investigators without a warrant due to violation of public law, and violation of fisheries, and were arrested and detained without a warrant due to the same suspicion around that time.

The detention warrant for the principals of this case was issued on February 5, 1969, and was executed on February 6, 1969, and the next day.

3) During the period of detention, investigators, etc. belonging to the Military Police Station were forced to make confessions to the case himself/herself while blocking contact with the outside during the period of detention. During that process, the case himself/herself made a statement consistent with the stated in the facts charged subject to reexamination as stated in attached Table 3, and subsequently charged with the Defendant’s military branch of the Jeonju District Court for the relevant facts charged.

B. On May 20, 1969, the former District Court convicted Plaintiff I of all the facts charged as stated in the facts charged subject to review on May 20, 1969, and sentenced Plaintiff I of imprisonment with prison labor for one year and suspension of qualification, for one year, for one year, suspension of qualification, for one year, and for three years, for suspension of execution (hereinafter “the judgment subject to review”). The Prosecutor and Plaintiff I appealed to the former District Court, but the said Court dismissed all appeals on September 24, 1969 (69No454), and the said judgment became final and conclusive as is.

2) On February 9, 1970, Plaintiff I, who was sentenced to a sentence among the instant parties, was detained for 379 days from the date of the first arrest to the date of release upon the expiration of the term of imprisonment. On May 20, 1969, the date of the suspension of execution was released on May 20, 1969, the date of the first arrest to the date of release, and approximately 107 net L, and net M were detained at the latest on February 3, 1969.
