The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the record, the court below is just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted the Defendants on the grounds that the facts charged in this case against the Defendants constitute a case where there is no proof of criminal facts, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence or by exceeding the bounds

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
