On October 24, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act at the Ulsan District Court on one year and six months on January 21, 2015, and the execution of the sentence is terminated, and on August 10, 2016, the Defendant appealedd four months from imprisonment with prison labor at the Ulsan District Court on August 10, 201, and is still pending in the appellate trial.

1. On June 13, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) was under the influence of alcohol, and the face was red, rhym, and walked with a string distance, but, on the other hand, the Defendant was driving a Cran-do motor vehicle in the Dondo in Busan, Daegu Don-dong, Busan, and proceeded with the front three-distance of the apartment in front of Busan, at a speed of about 40km from the middle distance to the parallel of Olympic.

At all times, there was an intersection where signal lights are installed, so there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving safely according to the traffic signal to a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to pay a stop signal while changing the signal to a stop signal, but continued to turn to the left from the opposite lane in accordance with the new subparagraph on the opposite lane, and received the front part of the EK3 car from the victim D(51 years old) driving.

As above, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle while it is difficult to drive the motor vehicle normally due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim, such as dump dump and tension in need of treatment for about two weeks.

2. The Defendant was driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.139% at the distance of about 1km from the 1km to the place specified in paragraph (1) from the Do before the end of the f2-honpo road in the end of the U.S. 62-gil, Busan Metropolitan City Traffic Daegu.
