2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

A. The deceased E died on April 21, 2016, and the Plaintiffs are the successors of the deceased E.

B. Before the death of the network E, the Defendant kept the original copy of the commitment indicated in the separate sheet for the network E (hereinafter “instant original”) on behalf of the Defendant, and entered into a deposit contract or similar contract with the intent to return the original copy upon the network E’s request for return. At that time, the Defendant delivered the instant original copy to the Defendant.

C. On May 25, 2016 and June 17, 2016, Plaintiff A requested the Defendant to return the original of this case through each content-certified mail, and each of the above content-certified mail reached the Defendant around that time.

2. According to the above facts of recognition as to the cause of the claim, the defendant is obligated to return the original of this case to the plaintiffs in accordance with the deposit contract or other similar contract terms.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiffs' claim of this case against the defendant is justified, and all of them are accepted. It is so decided as per Disposition.
