The judgment below

In light of the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below was just in holding that the facts charged in this case were recognized on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and it found the facts beyond the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.

There is no violation of law that fails to exhaust all necessary deliberations.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
