1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: On November 10, 2014, the Defendant leased real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 2 million and KRW 300,000 per month, but the Defendant delayed to pay rent from August 10, 2017; thus, the Defendant’s termination of the lease contract upon delivery of a duplicate of the complaint of this case, and the Defendant’s claim for unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent or rent calculated at the rate of KRW 30,000 per month from August 10, 2017 to KRW 30,000 per month.
