A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The Defendant received KRW 160,00,00 from the above victim to H’s single bank account as the mobile phone sales price, and received KRW 54,271,00 through the same method over 284 times in total from Seoul and Gyeonggi District, as shown in attached crime sight table 1, from August 1, 2015 to May 9, 2016.
Accordingly, the defendant was delivered property by deceiving the victims.
On March 16, 2016, the Defendant posted a false statement on the sales of Samsung Talthm S5 at around 18:58 on March 16, 2016, the Defendant sent to the “S5” of Samsung Taltha, and sent to the victim I who reported and contacted the writing KRW 150,000 when transfer the mobile phone sales proceeds of KRW 150,000 to Samsung Talth.
However, the defendant did not possess the above mobile phone so that he did not have any intention or ability to sell the mobile phone.
The Defendant was transferred 150,000 won as the mobile phone sales proceeds from the above damage to the national bank account of the J.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
No person of "2016 Highest 2844" shall acquire any access medium used in electronic financial transactions by transfer.
Nevertheless, the defendant is under the name of K around October 8, 2015.
