1. The defendant has a reason to recover the defendant's share among the real estate stated in the attached list to the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of Claim: The land listed in the [Attachment List] was transferred to the deceased E, the father of the plaintiff in 1938 and registered as such after the network D was assessed in 1912.
However, the register has been destroyed.
Therefore, the defendant, who is the sole heir of the network E, is obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership based on the restoration of real name.
2. Judgment deeming confessions: Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
