1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from December 11, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The indication of claim: The amount of a promissory note stated as “the issuer, the Defendants, the Plaintiffs, and the date of issuance on June 12, 2012, with the face value of KRW 30,000,000 on July 31, 2014,” and the damages for delay from the day following the last delivery of a copy of the complaint.
