2. There is no significant change in circumstances after the judgment of the court below to consider the sentencing of the defendant.

Comparing to the sentencing conditions indicated in the records and changes of the instant case, particularly the recidivism during the same period of probation and the reasons for sentencing of the original judgment, considering all the circumstances asserted by the Defendant on the grounds of appeal, the lower court’s sentence is heavy.
