1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 905,802,152 and KRW 205,951,743 from June 22, 2018.
Reasons
1. In order to extend the prescription period of claims for indemnity that the Plaintiff acquired from the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund on September 25, 2014 (which became final and conclusive by judgment of the Jeonju District Court Branch of 2007Dadan20209).
