Around March 16, 2014, the defendant prepared a complaint stating that "the complainant was able to wear the cket, which is the defendant's cket, the defendant was punished by a minor body fighting, and the complainant suffered from light salt spons and the sponsingspons in need of approximately a week medical treatment." On March 17, 2014, the defendant submitted a complaint to a police official in charge of receipt of false names at the public service center of the original police station located in Dobong-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Seoul, for a period of approximately a week medical treatment. In that process, the complainant suffered from light salt spons and the sponsingsponsings.

However, in fact, at around 19:10 on March 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was fested, and damaged the softet that C sawed in the front of the Newcheon-dong Education Center in the Gocheon-si, Gocheon-si; and (b) was damaged by C, and there was no such injury.

Accordingly, the defendant filed a false accusation for the purpose of having C receive criminal punishment, and filed a false accusation against C.
