As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal enter into force on September 25, 2015 and enter into force on October 1, 2015, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from January 21, 2016 to the date of full payment shall be recognized, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
