1. Defamation;

A. On April 11, 2011, the Defendant openly damaged the victim’s reputation by publicly pointing out false facts with regard to the victim’s “a person who has promoted violence against the same bomb who is at the expense of the e site (F) at the Do Licensed Real Estate Agent Office of Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, 105, by stating approximately 90 members of E members.”

B. Around April 12, 2011, the Defendant, at the above D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office, officially, by publicly stating the false fact that “In any circumstances, upon request of a member to disclose data at the level of legitimate right to know, the victim’s reputation was damaged by publicly stating that “In spite of the request of a member to disclose data at the level of legitimate right to know, the member, who refers to the truth, leads to influence, mobilization of violence, thereby impairing the unity and friendship with E and impairing order, thereby impairing the order, thereby impairing the honor of the victim.”

C. Around June 9, 2011, the Defendant distributed to approximately 70 members of the I restaurant second to June conference in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, with a false statement of the false fact that “E organization G representatives were subject to illegal disciplinary action by spreading violence lights and false facts, and threatened members with the right to operate a website,” thereby openly impairing the reputation of the victim.
