Punishment of the crime
On November 26, 2012, at around 21:00, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim’s face on the ground that the victim’s 4th floor B commercial building in Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (23 years old, 23 years old, and 7 years old) disregards his personal affairs without good faith, and caused the victim’s injury, such as impairment of sacraticity, which requires about two weeks of medical treatment.
