1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 87,387,307 and KRW 75,542,506 from June 12, 2018 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, "creditor" is deemed to be "Plaintiff", "debtor" to be "Defendant", and the purport of the claim was reduced at the date of the second pleading by service by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
