When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

1. He/she or a person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall not provide property or property benefits to persons who win the results of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or things similar thereto;

C (F) Around December 1, 2015, the Republic of Korea (hereinafter “E”) opened and operated an illegal Internet sports soil and entertainment site “E” on a server in the Philippines. In collusion with the above C, F, and G, the Defendant: (a) while developing a hosting program and managing servers in the Philippines, C, from around December 21, 2015 to January 26, 2016, had approximately KRW 2,000 members affiliated with the above E site enter into the said E site, and (b) from around 5,000 to the maximum amount of KRW 1,00,000 per time for the results of the competition before holding the games, such as a domestic or foreign axis or a field; and (c) the members who actually predicted the results of the competition, who did not pay a certain amount of money in accordance with the dividend rate, set up an Internet gambling site through F, and G, and (d) the Defendant publicize the said E site through the K and G, and (e) had the instant H and H et al. do so at the said website.
