1. As to KRW 39,949,347 and KRW 37,700,00 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall annually pay to the Plaintiff KRW 9,00 from February 8, 2019 to February 19, 2019.
Reasons

3. The Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay exceeding 12% per annum pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019; and effective from June 1, 2019) is dismissed.
