2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. The status of the parties to the Plaintiff B Association (hereinafter “Plaintiff Association”) is a non-corporate group with the objective of contributing to the development of local community by creating special products by region-specific community, local communities, culture, and natural resources, and by boosting community enterprises in G regions. The Plaintiff A is a representative of the Plaintiff Association from February 21, 2018 to February 21, 2018, and Defendant C and D are the auditors of the Plaintiff Association, Defendant E are vice-chairpersons, and Defendant F are the secondary directors.

B. On June 16, 2018, the Plaintiff Association held the second board of directors on June 16, 2018.

On July 18, 2018, Defendant C and D demanded that the Plaintiff conduct an audit on the business related to the above board of directors. On July 30, 2018, Defendant C and D requested that the Plaintiff submit written data on 12 matters, including “the Do government’s department and support agency’s establishment of the strengthening plan, establishment and implementation of the strengthening plan, management of members: association participation village plan, establishment and implementation of community field guidance plan, implementation of community site guidance plan, and implementation of procedures for dismissal of the secretary general.”

Accordingly, on July 23, 2018, Plaintiff A sent an official document to Defendant D regarding the filing date of the above request for submission of data, and one of the auditors is not admitted as auditor because it is not a member of the audit committee, and the reasons why the request for submission of data should be clarified.

In addition, the plaintiff A sent an official document stating that the defendants, who did not faithfully perform their duties, such as causing the disturbance of the plaintiff's association, etc. due to acts that significantly affect the existence of the plaintiff's association, such as false facts, thereby obstructing the work of the plaintiff association and the chairperson, etc., to the defendants who did not faithfully perform their duties on the same day.

C. The Defendants’ preparation and distribution of printed materials to Plaintiff A and the Defendants’ press reports are members of the Plaintiff Association around August 1, 2018.
