2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On January 11, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) placed the Defendant’s registration number plate of D observer car in custody at the location of his residence in Busan, Busan, the Defendant forged the Defendant’s registration number plate by forging and using the registration number plate; (b) purchased the verification number tag and plastic painting from the printing office located in Suwon-gu, Busan to “1” through “7” without authority for the purpose of exercising the registration number plate; and (c) affixed the registration number plate made by placing the registration number plate in the said car to the place of residence; and (d) forged the Defendant’s registration number plate, which was an air defenseer, by using the number and vinyl number to “1” to “7” at the printing office located in Suwon-gu, Busan, and attaching the registration number plate to the said

On January 14, 2013, at around 08:00, the Defendant posted a forged car number plate as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) on the front number plate of the options car, which is one’s own ownership, and the Defendant exercised and used the vehicle registration number plate, which is an air strawer, which operated approximately 10km section from the front of his dwelling in Busan-gu, Busan-do to the front of the 69-ro, Suwon-gu, U.S., U.S., 693 (Private-do) from the front of his dwelling in Suwon-gu, Busan-do, to the front of his dwelling.
