1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 14, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) In light of Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (the plaintiff seeks damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the delivery date of the complaint against the defendant, it seems to claim damages for delay under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
