1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 25,530,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from September 23, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and (b) October 1, 2015 for the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, pursuant to Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended on September 25, 2015, the interest rate after October 1, 2015 shall be 15% per annum; 2. Non-litigation judgment (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
