From October 1, 2014, the Plaintiff is working as a professor of the Department of Social and Research at C University, and as a member of the Dental Association (hereinafter “instant Association”), published several research papers in the “E” published by the D Academic Association.
B. The defendant is a professor of the department of politics and diplomacy at C University, and from February 2005, he is in charge of the chairperson of the instant academic council from February 2005.

On August 5, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) supported the public disclosure and employment of faculty members of C University in the second semester of 2013; (b) published the Plaintiff as a person who passed all the four-stage screenings for the public disclosure and employment of full-time faculty members; and (c) notified the Plaintiff of the submission of a document for new appointment by August 13, 2013.
Around July 26, 2013, when the examination of open recruitment for the plaintiff was being conducted, there was an anonymous publication that the plaintiff violated the research ethics because the thesis published by the plaintiff to the president, etc. of Cuniversity overlaps with plagiarism. The plaintiff was included in the second page of the same content on the 30th of the same month.
E. Accordingly, the C University held a teachers employment advisory committee and posted the Plaintiff’s thesis (section 1) and the instant academic society [F (F. 15 December 201, 201, hereinafter “instant thesis 1”).
