1. The plaintiff A:

A. Defendant C loses ownership from October 15, 2012 to October 224.

Reasons

【Claims against Defendant C】

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment based on the recommendation of confession based on recognition (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).

1. Facts of recognition;

A. In order to newly construct and sell a commercial building, the FBA shall purchase five lots of land, including 994.5 and 994.9.9., Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seodong-gu, Seodong-gu, 1,494m2, I large 251m251m2, J large 392m2, K large 145m2, and complete the registration of ownership transfer at that time.

B. On December 20, 1995 and December 22, 1995, the FBB Co., Ltd. entered into a mortgage agreement with the debtor FBA, the creditor FBA, the creditor mutual savings and finance company, the creditor mutual savings and finance company, the maximum debt amount of 700,000,000 with respect to the land of this case, and around that time, the FBA entered into a mortgage agreement with the mutual savings and finance company in charge of the measure for

On March 27, 1997, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the attached Form 102 among the sectional ownership buildings of this case and owned until now.

Defendant D also on March 27, 1997.
