1. Facts of recognition;

A. In order to newly construct and sell a commercial building, the FBA shall purchase five lots of land, including 994.5 and 994.9.9., Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seodong-gu, Seodong-gu, 1,494m2, I large 251m251m2, J large 392m2, K large 145m2, and complete the registration of ownership transfer at that time.

The first registration of the instant aggregate building and each of the instant sectional buildings was completed on March 27, 1997.

On March 27, 1997, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the attached Form 102 among the sectional ownership buildings of this case and owned until now.
