1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
1. The parties' assertion
A. Plaintiff 1) 20 million won is primarily claimed, and the Plaintiff, on June 29, 2011, remitted KRW 19,000,000 to the Defendant on the same day, upon request from C to transfer KRW 19,00,000 to the Defendant on the same day, and then lent KRW 20,000,000 to the Defendant for interest rate of KRW 3%. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the above loans amounting to KRW 20,00,000,000 and delay damages therefrom.
B) Preliminaryly, on June 29, 201, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 19,00,000 to the Defendant on the same day, and KRW 19,00,000 to C on the same day. The Defendant did not repay KRW 19,00,000 to C on behalf of the Defendant, and the Plaintiff did not pay KRW 19,00,000 as interest on the above loan, KRW 2,00,000 on December 27, 2011, KRW 40,000, KRW 60,000 on March 22, 2012, KRW 200, KRW 300,000 on the loan, and KRW 16,000 on September 2, 203, KRW 200, KRW 3000 on the loan and KRW 16,000 on the loan, and the Defendant is obligated to pay the remainder of the loan to the Defendant on the loan, respectively.
B. The defendant did not borrow money from the plaintiff or C, and the defendant did not pay a certain fee to the plaintiff and required money.
