In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the Defendants guilty on the facts charged of this case on the grounds that there is no proof of crime, and found the Defendants not guilty on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no violation of the principle of substantial direct deliberation or the limitation of free evaluation of evidence, or

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
