공사대금 청구의 소
1. The Defendant’s KRW 93,00,000 and its amount shall be 15% per annum from May 9, 2019 to May 31, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment with no ground for recognition (Article 208 (3) 1, and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. As the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal are promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, shall be dismissed.
