Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 600,000 won.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On July 23, 2015, around 00:14, the Defendant reported to the effect that “a mental disorder is mixed, and the obligees are threatened with their body,” before the South Police Station at the time of the Gyeonggi-si (Seoul), the Defendant reported to the effect that “on the part of the obligees are threatened with their body.” However, there was no fact of being threatened with the obligees at the time.
Accordingly, the Defendant reported the criminal facts that did not exist to the public official by falsity.
