1. The Defendants are to the Plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) be jointly and severally liable for 2,400,000 won and the same;
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(C) The part claiming damages for delay of 20% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings against the money stated in Paragraph (c) of Article 1-1 is not subject to the annual interest rate of 20% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings because it constitutes a lawsuit for future performance, and thus, it is not acceptable).
