2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The plaintiff is a clan that is the second son of G, the second son of G, the second 5th H, the second son of FJ, the second son of G, the second son of the second son.

B. Defendant C was the head of the Plaintiff’s clan from March 1, 2006 to October 2015.

Defendant D was the president of the Plaintiff’s general affairs and the vice president of Defendant E.

C. Defendant C, as the president of the Plaintiff clan, held a general meeting of 2009 (hereinafter “general meeting of 2009”) on November 23, 2009 (No. 7, 2009) as the president of the Plaintiff clan.

At the ordinary general meeting in 2009, 22 persons were directly present, 13 proxy submission, and 35 persons were present.

F. Defendant C, D, and E completed the registration of ownership transfer for each land listed in the separate sheet as listed below.

Defendant C sold land that completed the registration of ownership transfer to Defendant B, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on January 4, 2013.

The defendants' real estate indication(Sapju Qdong) receipt of the defendants' real estate indication (Sapju) C L, which received on June 30, 2010 as the gift of 18.9/71 of equity C L.
