1. The Defendants donated the Plaintiff on September 18, 2013 with respect to an automobile indicated in the attached Form according to the attached inheritance shares.
Reasons
1. Indication of Claim: The deceased F, on September 18, 2013, donated 10% of the shares in the attached Form No. 10% to the Plaintiff as to the motor vehicle registered in its own name, and the Defendants, the deceased’s inheritors, are obliged to implement the transfer registration procedure to the Plaintiff by inheritance shares.
2. Defendant 1, 2, and 4: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Defendant 3: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
