Any person shall slaughter and treat livestock, collect livestock, and process, pack and store livestock products at a place of work permitted under the Sanitary Control of Livestock Products Act.

Nevertheless, on August 2017, the Defendant treated livestock at the place of work without permission in a manner of dismantling one knife of dead pigs, using knife, etc., at a farm operated by the Defendant located in Pakistan-si.
