1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 87,505,580 and the interest rate thereon from October 6, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(However, 'creditor' is considered as 'Plaintiff', 'debtor' as 'Defendant', 2. Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act)
