When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

No person shall, while under the influence of alcohol, engage in a riotous or disorderly act by uttering or doing rough words or conducts at a public office.

At around 23:20 on January 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) found the said district zone at the Busan Western Police Station C District located in the Busan Summer-gu B, Busan, under the influence of alcohol; and (b) laid the bank and its contents on the floor where people did not see their own stories; (c) laid down the bank and its contents on the floor; and (d) took a walk on the floor, and took a bath without responding to the police officer’s physical drinking for the purpose of the visit, and took a bath for about 30 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, forced or scamed by very rough words and conducts at government offices.
