Purport of application

On December 12, 2014, the revocation of the designation of the Chinese organization travelr exclusively in charge of attracting tourists against the applicant on December 12, 2014 is suspended until the Seoul Administrative Court 2014Guhap75186 case becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Inasmuch as the supporting materials presented by the applicant alone do not recognize that there is no urgent need to suspend the validity of damage that is difficult to recover to the applicant or to prevent such damage, the application in this case shall not be accepted.
