On December 19, 2017, at around 01:07, the Defendant driven BM7 car at a level of approximately 800 meters alcohol concentration at around 0.155% from the 800-meter section from the Gidong-dong, Busan Simdong-dong to the front road of the entrance of the public parking lot for subway subway located in Busan Dong-dong.
