1. The defendant shall pay 135,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from December 14, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff, on September 29, 200, lent to the defendant the amount of KRW 60,000 on September 29, 2003 as the due date for repayment on September 29, 2008. ② On April 20, 2005, the plaintiff lent KRW 30,000,000 on April 20, 200 without having determined the due date for repayment, ③ on July 20, 2005, after the due date for repayment of KRW 30,000 on July 16, 2005, the defendant guaranteed C's above loan repayment obligation against the plaintiff at the time when the plaintiff lent KRW 15,00,000 to C on June 16, 2005. The defendant claimed against the defendant for the payment of the above loan and deposit KRW 135,000,000 on February 2, 200 (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
