Punishment of the crime
On September 16:30, 2015, the Defendant made a public obscene act in a manner that other passengers board the bus No. 5 of the 257 Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City, with compensation for state bonds, by exposing the sex organs of C, a female passenger, out of the her sexual organ, and exposing it.
