A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

[criminal history] On July 23, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) by the Suwon Friwon on July 23, 202, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 31, 2020.

1. Any person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business shall register with the competent authority as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport;
Nevertheless, on May 29, 2019, the Defendant, without registering a motor vehicle management business, recommended E, who purchased a used motor vehicle in Annex C, around 13:40 on May 29, 2019, to purchase a Fenz GLC220D motor vehicle without registration.
2. Around 14:40 on May 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender on the violation of the said Motor Vehicle Management Act to the HH district unit of the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station of the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do; (b) stated in the sex column of the written statement “I”; (c) in the resident registration number column; (d) “J” in the resident registration number column; and (e) in the career column of the registration standard column, “K in Namyang-si, Gyeonggi-do; and (e) in the occupation column, the Defendant forged one copy of the written statement in the name of I, which is a private document concerning the verification of facts without authority; and (e) submitted the forged statement to the head of the police station of the U.S. police station of the U.S., 1,000 won.
3. On May 28, 2019, in order to sell a motor vehicle registration certificate of paragraph 1 as if it was owned by the Defendant and receive the payment for the purchase of the motor vehicle, the Defendant, at the PC room where the trade name is unknown in the vicinity of the Changdong-dong in Guri-si around May 28, 2019, entered the registration number column of the motor vehicle registration file in F, the chassis number column in M, the owner column, and then forged one motor vehicle registration certificate in the name of the Bupyeong-si Market, which is the official document, in order to print out the file of the said motor vehicle registration certificate and use it.
