Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, each of the above two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive is against the Defendants.
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant B entered the Republic of Korea on December 20, 2004, and departed from the Republic of Korea on November 29, 2007. The Defendant, as if he was unable to re-entry the Republic of Korea in a normal way, had the intent to enter the Republic of Korea under the misrepresentation of other persons, and acquired a forged passport under the name of E (E) from March 201 to April 201 through the inner name passport Bracker D, and acquired a visa using the above forged passport.
On May 23, 2011, the Defendant presented the above forged passport and visa to the public official in charge of entry inspection at the Incheon International Airport Entry Inspection Station, and entered the Republic of Korea as if he was E.
In this way, the defendant exercised a private document on a forged certificate of fact, and at the same time interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of public officials by fraudulent means.
B. Around May 27, 2011, the Defendant related to foreigner registration filed a foreigner registration in his/her name in the Incheon Immigration Office, where he/she was within the jurisdiction of the Incheon Immigration Office, and the public official in charge of foreigner registration presented the above forged passport and his/her photograph, etc. as if he/she were E.
In this way, the defendant exercised a private document on a forged certificate of fact, and at the same time interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of public officials by fraudulent means.
2. Defendant A entered the Republic of Korea on September 30, 199, and left the Republic of Korea on November 10, 2006. Defendant A, who was unable to re-enter the Republic of Korea by normal means, had his personal information entered the Republic of Korea with a passport with a false statement on his personal information, had been issued by the competent authority in Indonesia to enter the Republic of Korea, issued an identification card and a passport with a "F with one "M" added to his name," and then acquired a visa in the Republic of Korea using it.
The defendant involved in an entry inspection shall conduct an entry inspection at the Incheon International Airport Entry Inspection Zone on August 15, 201.
