1. The Defendant’s order based on the payment order for the loan case against the Plaintiff at the Daegu District Court located in 2018 tea17.
Reasons
1. Since the plaintiff and the defendant made a repayment agreement on the claim for payment order under Paragraph (1) of this Article, compulsory execution based on the above payment order shall not be permitted.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
