1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate therefor from September 28, 2017 to the date of full payment.
1. On June 14, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into an investment agreement with Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Defendant Co., Ltd.) (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Co., Ltd.”). On the same day, a notary public is certified as “No. 1144, 2016,” the Plaintiff shall invest KRW 50 million in the Defendant Co., Ltd.’s operating capital, and the Defendant Co., Ltd shall pay KRW 100 million by March 14, 2017.
0 Defendant C and D shall pay 50 million won to the Defendant Company on the same day the same day as the joint and several surety for the above agreed amount.
