On December 24, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million at the Gwangju District Court to a fine of KRW 2.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 5 million for the same crime on August 29, 201 and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving).

On October 27, 2013, at around 20:49, the Defendant driven a 1km B string truck with approximately KRW 1 km from the front of the packing end in which it is impossible to identify the trade name in the sub-dong in the following cities, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.074% of the blood alcohol concentration.
