Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 21:50 on September 24, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) driven a B-hand car with the blood alcohol concentration of 0.087% at around 0:0,000, from the direction right ahead to C-way at the speed right line in Busan, Daegu, the Defendant driven a vehicle of approximately 100 meters.
2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (In the event of an accident), the Defendant driven the said two-lane road at the above temporary border, leading the two-lane road in front of the said C to the NC department room side. There were lots of vehicles mixed on the two-lane road without permission. In such a case, there was a duty of care to safely proceed by accurately operating the steering direction and brake system by accurately operating the front left.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to perform the duty of care under the influence of alcohol while driving a central line by avoiding an unauthorized parking vehicle, and failed to stop immediately and take necessary measures by failing to stop the said food vehicle, following the left-hand side of the D driving 308W, which was placed behind the Defendant’s driver’s driver’s car, to show about KRW 2,035,650 of the repair cost.
