【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On November 10, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for three months with prison labor for larceny, etc. and one month imprisonment with prison labor, and on December 20, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Gansung Vocational Training Correctional Institution on December 20, 2017.

[Criminal Facts]

1. Intrusion upon a structure;

A. On January 10, 2018, around 02:39, the Defendant: (a) knew of the fact that the password that he/she was aware of using the above public notice source of approximately two years before the 3th floor D public notice was not modified; (b) opened the password to the main bank of the above public notice source managed by the victim E through the entrance; and (c) invaded the building managed by the victim E via the entrance.

B. On January 11, 2018, at around 00:40 on January 11, 2018, the Defendant entered a place, such as the above paragraph (a), into the Gosiwon managed by the victim E in the manner as referred to in the above paragraph (a), and intruded the structure managed by the victim by reporting the new outbreak of the wounded.

On January 12, 2018, at around 01:23, the Defendant entered the public notification source managed by the victim E in the same manner as in the above paragraph (a) at the same place as in the above paragraph (a), and boomed in the kitchen, and the Defendant brought the first day into the structure managed by the victimized person by reporting the new customer's belief, and reporting other influences.

On January 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) invaded upon a structure at night; (b) went into the building; (c) opened a new 126 unitet; and (d) filed a report on a 125,000 unit (1), which was owned by the victim F; and (c) filed a report on the 1st instance unit (1), of the victim’s 125,000 unit (hereinafter “the victim F”).

Accordingly, the Defendant, at night, invadedd the telecom managed by the victim E, and stolen the victim F's new launch.
