1. The Defendant’s District Court, Namyang-si District Court, 2014j2664, has the executory power over the Defendant’s loans.

Reasons

1. On July 31, 2014, the Defendant with the indication of the claim filed an application for a payment order against the Plaintiff by this Court No. 2014Guj2664, and this Court issued a payment order on August 21, 2014, but the Seoul District Court 2003Gabu94278 decided June 5, 2003, which is the claim that served as the basis of the above payment order, became final and conclusive on June 5, 2003. The judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) was rendered on the ground that the claim based on the above payment order has expired by prescription (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
