The Defendant, upon the request of the above C, did not have to report the birth of a newborn baby born between Vietnam (E, F female) such as Vietnam (C, D) in illegal stay, and did not have any circumstances to rear the newborn baby. Upon the request of the above C, the Defendant falsely reported the birth as he was the child of the Defendant, and received a passport and received the passport for entry into and departure from Korea.

No person shall enter false facts in documents submitted to have a passport issued or reissued, or use other unlawful means to have a passport issued or reissued.

Nevertheless, for the purpose of allowing the above C’s child to enter and depart from Vietnam after having falsely reported the birth of G (HH female). On November 5, 2003, the Defendant prepared an application for issuance of a passport in the passport and the passport of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government with family matters attached A and I as if the Defendant was the child of the Defendant and submitted it to the public official in charge of the issuance of the passport under the name of G to the public official in charge of the Defendant. The Defendant was issued a new passport in the name of G by such unlawful means as above.
