The reasoning for the court's explanation of this case is as follows: (a) using "the plaintiff from the plaintiff" in Part 16 of the second judgment of the court of first instance as "the defendant"; and (b) adding "the testimony of the witness E of the court of first instance" as evidence that partially complies with the defendant's argument, other than adding "the testimony of the witness E of the court of first instance" to "the witness of the court of first instance" as it is in accordance with the text
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and all appeals filed by the defendant against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim of this case are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
